Jacqui Egholm joined Baird in 2012 and currently serves as the Associate Branch Manager in the Waukesha office. Drawing on her diverse experience across the firm, Jacqui is passionate about leading with purpose and empowering associates to thrive in a collaborative and client-focused environment.
Before joining Baird, Jacqui held various account and volunteer coordinator roles in Chicago, where she developed a strong foundation in client service and team coordination.
Her Baird journey began in the Institutional Equities department as a Coordinator for the Midwest Sales team. She then spent nearly eight years as a Senior Client Specialist in the Private Wealth Management (PWM) office in Oconomowoc, WI. Most recently, Jacqui served as a Branch Productivity and Development Consultant, supporting PWM branches across the Midwest and East Coast.
Jacqui lives in Oconomowoc with her husband, Nathan, and their two daughters. She is an active volunteer in her community and her children’s many activities. An avid outdoor enthusiast, Jacqui enjoys skiing, hiking, biking, and spending time on the lakes throughout the area.
