Kendra has been part of the financial services industry since the early 2000s, with a career that has allowed her to experience many different sides of the business and given her an appreciation for how every role contributes to the overall client experience.
Her passion is leadership. Kendra enjoys looking at the big picture, finding ways to make things work more efficiently, and helping people grow and succeed in their roles. Most importantly, she believes human connection should be at the center of what we do. Whether working with clients, colleagues, or community members, she believes there is value in taking the time to listen, build relationships, and learn from others.
Kendra helped serve on the committee that brought two Catholic schools together and has since served as both Vice Chair and Chair of the new school’s board. Through those experiences, she has learned firsthand the importance of understanding stakeholders, fostering engagement, and bringing people together around a shared vision.
Kendra joined Baird in 2026. She lives in Burlington with her husband, Peter, and two children, Augie and Greta.
